Abstract

In the last years there were great evolutions in the cataract surgery techniques for subluxated cases. The facoemulsifition evolution, new intra-ocular lenses drawings and the new adjuvant resources make possible to the surgeon the intra-ocular lens implantation in the same surgery of the facoemulsifition. We describe here a case of a patient with traumatic subluxated cataract where it was used an endocapsular ring and the Anchor, a new tool for setting of the capsular bag. The patient presented satisfactory recovery of the vision. New studies must demonstrate the security and the accurate indications for the Anchor
