In this case, we can adopt conduct according to status of the fetus and monitorization conditions. The Placental abruption presents with vaginal bleeding, where the blood loss has no relation with the gravity, associated to the pain and uterine hypertonia, depending on the degree of separation there can be or not acute suffering fetal. The patient in this question presented a separation classified in light where, initially, there was no suffering fetal and, due to prematurity, was chosen by the conservative treatment aiming at acceleration of the maturity fetal with the corticoterapy. It had well-being fetal monitorization and, with the first sign of suffering, identified through the Doppler, the gestation was interrupted by cesarean of urgency. The result was childbirth without complications with newborn baby when Apgar is presenting 8/9, remaining interned during 5 days.
