Neurological diseases and voiding dysfunctions

Many different neurologic diseases can affect bolth central and peripheral nervous system (CNS) and peripheral nervous system resulting in neurogenic urinary incontinence. The aim of this article is to discuss the recent developments that have altered the neurologic understanding of a select group of diseases that have a particularly high incidence of bladder dysfunction.
