Keywords:
Ectopic Pregnancy, Laparoscopy, TreatmentAbstract
The prevalence of ectopic pregnancy ranges from 0.3% to 2%. Although mortality has decreased in recent years, the ectopic pregnancy (EP) represents 9-13% of maternal deaths despite advances in diagnosis and treatment. Treatment of ectopic pregnancy can be expectant, medical and surgical. Laparoscopy is the standard surgical treatment and is indicated in hemodynamically stable patients, with restrictions to medical treatment.
