Abstract

The extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma nasal type (LNKTN) is a rare disease in the world. It is, however, one of the most prevalent lymphomas. It usually affects the nasal cavity and paranasal areas and typically is very aggressive, with very high mortality rate. In the article a case of NK/T nasal lymphoma in middle- aged woman with fast aggressive evolution is presented.
