Cronic lumbar back pain in post laminectomy syndrom

Chronic back pain due to unilateral sacroilitis and post laminectony fibrosis is a disaster in quality of life of the patient who underwent lumbosacral spine surgery with its limitations in diagnosis and treatments options. We report a 56 years old female patient with chronic back pain with sciatic after surgery. A pain relief occured after blocking: sacral or caudal block with steroids injections and conventional radiofrequency blockade of the sacroiliac joint.
