Introduction : Fibrous dysplasia is a benign fibro -osseous disease with replacement of bone by disorganized tissue. The disease is slow growing and recurrent character . We report a case of fibrous dysplasia in the left nasal cavity of great length and craniofacial deformity after relapse. Fibrous dysplasia needs regular accompaniment to an earlier approach to relapse.
