Fratura por fragilidade na infância em recêm nascido com a síndrome de Prune-Belly

A Síndrome de Prune Belly não tem etiologia e fisiopatologia bem esclarecidas. O osso fica suscetível a fraturas, dor óssea, necrose vascular, retardo de crescimento e deformidades ósseas. O objetivo desse caso é relatar a presença de fraturas recém-nascidas com a Síndrome Prune-Belly e discutir sua relação com a fragilidade óssea na infância.
